Acceptable use

You may not upload, store or share:

• Content that is illegal where you or the recipient are located.
• Malware, ransomware, exploits, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to a system.
• Phishing pages, credential-harvesting kits, and fraud material.
• Material that sexually exploits minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content you do not have the right to distribute, including pirated media and software.
• Datasets of other people's personal information that you were not authorised to hold.

Executables, scripts and similar file types are blocked by default, and a malware scanner rejects anything it recognises. These controls reduce risk; they do not make abuse acceptable because it slipped past them.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you upload and for who you share it with. A share link is like a key: anyone holding it can download the file, within whatever password, end date and download limit you set. We cannot know who you meant to receive it.

Do not share links through a channel that logs them if the content is sensitive, and use a password on anything confidential — and send the password by a different route.

Limits and allowances

Each file has a size limit, and each browser has a daily upload allowance. Requests are limited so one person cannot use up everything. Files always reach an end date, so nothing is stored forever.

Files at or past their end date are removed automatically. A deleted file stops working straight away and is erased for good after a short grace period.

Moderation and takedown

Reported content is reviewed by the person running this site, who may put a file on hold — switching it off, along with every link to it, in a way that can be undone — or delete it.

Every action is written to a permanent log that cannot be edited, together with the reason given. Putting a file on hold is deliberately reversible, so an over-cautious decision can be undone.

Availability and data

This service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Do not treat it as the only copy of anything that matters — keep your own backup. Storage is billed by usage, which is why uploads expire.

Reporting abuse

Every share page has a Report this file action. Use it and choose the reason that fits; a description helps the operator act quickly. A link that collects enough open reports for malware or phishing is disabled automatically, before a human gets to it.

For copyright complaints, or anything needing a legal process, contact the person running this site directly rather than using the report form.
